📦 Processing Time

All ready-to-ship items have a processing time of 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Pre-orders are not included in this timeframe. Each pre-order listing includes its own estimated shipping window—please read product descriptions carefully.

Orders are processed in the order they are received.
📬 Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship via USPS.

Once your package has been handed off to USPS, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
📦 Combined Orders (Pre-Orders + In-Stock)
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items:

Your entire order will ship when all items are available.

If you'd like in-stock items shipped sooner, please place a separate order.
